Wow - who would have thought this was possible to achieve. The Haworth Record Publication (September 2006)We slowly posted each of the early 1900s publication to the web page. See Haworth Record. The process involved converting the 38 issues from "pdf" format to image files, and then creating a web page for each image. We recently also added some new information in "Family Notes". Death of Roger BooneWe are saddened to learn of the death of Roger S. Boone. He died on August 22, 2005. Roger was a birthright Friend and well known as a genealogist. His massive work, "Some Quaker Families - Scarborough/Haworth" has been so very helpful to our family. He died after a very brief illness at the age of 92. He was buried in the Hicksite Green Plain Friends Cemetery, near Selma Ohio. I can write that there is not a day that goes by that I do not refer to his work. Volume one is on my desk top, and the other 6 volumes are an arm's length away. In 1999, we sent a personal thank you to Roger, signed by each attending member on the occasion of our 300 year reunion. Thank you, Roger! Sincerely, Ron Haworth, editor.
